There are many online forums nowadays which use open source application that allows people to post their questions to a certain product or service. With this interactive feature, staff from customer care service can easily respond to people’s inquiries.
Using a blog is also very helpful for businesses, because this can allow companies to post various announcements, new service and products, and events. Meanwhile, blogs can be more effective in reaching the target-market when this is linked from a popular social networking site.
